Sue is an absolute gem!

Sue Garfitt is an absolute gem. She is gifted in a unique way with her many, many abilities to navigate the craziness of selling a home with grace, professionalism, focus, and understanding of all the highs and lows that inevitably happen along the way. Sue has loads of experience, a great understanding of real estate, and keeps it all on track. I found myself stepping back to watch her work (in admiration) and communicate with various contractors to prepare the house to sell with care and respect, all while remaining calm and respectful of everyone involved. I trust her completely and hope to work alongside her another day.
