If we had to do it all over again, we would choose Sue

I’ve known of Sue Garfitt since moving to Eldorado 12 years ago. Even then, she was probably the best-known realtor in the community. I hadn’t dealt with her personally until a friend of mine from out of town asked me to go with her to find a lot in Eldorado to build on. I found Sue very pleasant to work with, and she remained so even when my friend ended up buying a mid-century modern in the Midwest. Since then, I’ve had several friends who were happy to have used her to buy or sell their homes. So she was the first person I thought of when we found a house in La Paz for our son and his family, who were moving from Los Angeles. We asked her to represent us as the buyers’ agent. It was a great decision. She was our navigator through the labyrinth of offers, counteroffers, home inspections, and closing details. The best recommendation I can give is that if we had to do it all over again, we would choose Sue.
