Sue Garfitt was the perfect agent for us with the right balance of great advice without being pushy or overbearing. Her knowledge of the area “especially Eldorado” is impressive and spot on. She has a very accurate understanding of the market in Santa Fe and without her I don’t believe we would have gotten such a great house for the money. We almost left Santa Fe after getting frustrated when we tried to downsize and were finding nothing, but Sue saved the day.
