Extraordinarily experienced and skillful

I have had the privilege of working with Sue Garfitt (as a seller’s agent) this year. I am the Personal Representative of the estate of a long-time good friend whose house had lots of charm (that’s real estate “speak” for unusual, quirky, and likely something that no reasonable buyer is going to be interested in having) and, previously unknown to me, lots of deferred maintenance too. She was extraordinarily experienced and skillful as an agent working the Eldorado area but also as a wonderful, firm (though always tactful), thoughtful, appropriately communicative, and well-reasoned “coach” as we worked our way through a very long list of needed repairs/upgrades. She was committed to success – defined here to be a fair price for a good (though not perfect) property – and helped me to get the property ready for sale and then sold in alignment with that commitment. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Sue as a person capable of and committed to excellence in her service to her real estate clients in the Santa Fe area.
