Sue was so kind and empathetic at a time of our loss and helped us move quickly through the selling process. Sue went out of her way to help us prepare the house for sale, helping us find places to donate items and finding a good cleaning service. Her knowledge of the area is outstanding, she understands the market and was patient and thorough in her explanations of the selling process. I really appreciated her realistic approach, her commitment to doing things with an environmental conscience and her calm expertise.
