My house sold as quickly as it went on the market!

Sue Garfitt was so helpful that my house sold as quickly as it went on the market. I contacted her 5 months before to learn what I needed to know and do to get my house ready for sale. She not only identified repairs that needed to be done but also gave me names of people she knew who did good work at a reasonable price. I was happy with the work and enjoyed getting to know her. Any questions I had, Sue could answer, helpfully steering me through the steps needed to be taken. She even knew where to take the collection of things needing to be recycled but not in our recycle bins. I enjoyed being with Sue and am grateful for the ease with which she guided me through a process that otherwise could have been both frustrating and annoying.
