My house sold as quickly as it went on the market!

Sue Garfitt and Fred Raznick were so helpful that my house sold as quickly as it went on the market. I contacted them 5 months before to learn what I needed to know and do to get my house ready for sale. They not only identified repairs that needed to be done but also gave me names of people they knew who did good work at a reasonable price. I was happy with the work of each and enjoyed getting to know them. Any questions I had, Sue and Fred could answer, helpfully steering me through the steps needed to be taken. They even knew where to take the collection of things needing to be recycled but not in our recycle bins. I enjoyed being with Sue and Fred and am grateful for the ease with which they guided me through a process that otherwise could have been both frustrating and annoying.
