I am writing to express how pleased we are with Sue Garfitt in the recent sale of our dad’s single-family home in Sunlit Hills. My brother and I both live out of state so making the decision to sell our dad’s house and using a realtor long distance made us feel uncomfortable.

Sue knows the market inside and out and she guided me through the entire process from listing, inspection processes, repairs, paperwork and forms, to closing the deal. She made recommendations on who to hire for repairs to the house, septic tank inspections, and surveys. She went above and beyond doing research for the septic tank permits, discovering and talking to the inactive neighborhood association, coordinating and overlooking the house repairs, photos, and logistics for our estate sale. Sue was there every step of the way. She remained professional, knowledgeable, honest, calm, patient, and was committed throughout the two months it took getting the house ready to put on the market. She kept us updated every step of the way. We are extremely pleased that Sue was able to sell the house after one weekend of being listed on the MLS. She went above and beyond what any other realtor would have done for us.
