Sold 2 days after going on the market

I was in the process of liquidating my Uncle’s estate as he had passed. I did not live in the area or even the state. Sue was recommended to me by my Uncle’s lawyer. She came by the house and I just felt immediately comfortable. As my Uncle’s house was in need of repairs, she hooked me up with some local business owners who were very responsive and friendly. When I was not around, she was able to meet with whomever I couldn’t. She always kept me in the loop and was just so very helpful and available. I feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her. My uncle’s home sold 2 days after going on the market!
