Sue anticipated all the loose ends, tying them up before closing

Sue Garfitt, our agent in selling our Eldorado home, did an excellent job.  She was extremely thorough, anticipating and finding all the loose ends, and tying them all up before closing.  She was also available to us whenever we needed something or had any questions or issues.
