Sue made it as painless as possible

I would like to express my appreciation for all that Sue Garfitt did in getting my house ready to be sold, as well as the amount of time she took to teach me what I needed to know about the ins and outs of the experience.  She figuratively held my hand throughout, made sure all the i’s were dotted, and the t’s crossed, and made it as painless as possible. Remained unflappable. I would go so far as to say her professionalism is a wonder, including the fact that we remain on good terms.
