Sue Garfitt provided the necessary support to present our house in photos and advertising. The real estate market was shifting to a buyers’ market; therefore, our time to sell was longer. But a buyer arrived and the sale closed. There were a lot of documents to approve, but Sue ensured that they were submitted in a timely manner.
