We worked with Sue for nearly 7 months and in that time she showed us many properties. Sue is very knowledgeable about the area and was able to educate us on some things to consider in the homes we saw. We are locals and were looking for a particular setting for our next home, and Sue was quite patient with us as we went through the process of finding our home. When it was time to sell our old home we listed it with her and it was under contract in 24 hours. I recommend Sue completely, particularly for the Eldorado/285 corridor area.
