My husband and I worked with Sue and Fred for 3 months, looking at a lot of homes out here in Eldorado, outside of Santa Fe. Their knowledge and expertise of builders is evident. They did not try and push any of their own opinions on us, and acknowledged when homes were not up to a certain standard (mostly ours), but they also would point out deficiencies. Sue and Fred worked with us until they found us the right home. They were always friendly and responsive.
