We were executors for a house that needed a lot of TLC. During the time the house was for sale, the market kept changing. For all these tough issues Sue could solve our problems and her knowledge of real estate in Santa Fe helped us sell the house. We really needed a lot of help and resources and Sue had a “toolbox” with lots of tools to help sell the house. She was wonderful to work with and we are so grateful she was our realtor.
